By accessing or using the website kilnco.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Kiln Supply Co.("we," "us," or "our") is a company based in Denver, Colorado, US.

Our candles are intended for household decorative use only. Please follow all candle safety guidelines to prevent injury or property damage.

Safety warning:Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Burn on a heat-safe, level surface and never burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Trim the wick to 1/4" before each lighting. Discontinue use when 1/2" of wax remains.

• All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
• An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order ships.

• We currently ship within the United States only.
• Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Orders placed before 12 pm PT on weekdays typically ship the same day.
• Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at hello@kilnco.com within 30 days of delivery.

• Unopened products in original condition may be returned for a full refund.
• Opened products may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

When you subscribe to a product, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency you selected.

• Subscribers receive a 15% discount on all subscription orders.
• You will receive a reminder email 7 days before each upcoming shipment.
• You may skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current cycle.

Wholesale pricing is available to qualified retail partners including boutiques, bookstores, cafes, gift shops, and hotels. Accounts are subject to approval and may be revoked if terms are violated.

• Wholesale pricing is for resale through brick-and-mortar or established online storefronts only.
• Wholesale orders have minimum order requirements and separate payment terms.

All content on the Site — including text, images, product names, logos, fragrance blends, and designs — is the property of Kiln Supply Co. and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site without permission

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiln Supply Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, including but not limited to allergic reactions, adverse health effects, or any reliance on content provided on the Site.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kiln Supply Co., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
